Older Puppies and Dogs Needing Rehoming

This page is for older puppies that are house trained already and started with basic training. We do also have the occasional adult dog that needs a new home. Sometimes this is because one of our breeding girls is "retiring" from breeding and sometimes because a family's situation has changed and they can no longer keep their dog. If you are wanting a dog but are NOT wanting the puppy stages and potty training, then this may be a good option for you.

This cutie will be ready to go home in early March once she is finished learning the finer points of house training! We have named her Bailey and she will finish out as a full sized mini or very small medium, likely around 17 inches tall and around 27 pounds. She is a sweet natured girl who likes people and likes cuddling. More on the mellow side for activity level, she is still playful but not rambunctious. Her coat has come in as a lovely non shedding wavy fleece coat and she has had her first grooming. She is good with other dogs and is used to children. She will make a lovely family pet for a family with children or grand children.

If you would like a puppy trained before going home, we do have a trainer available if you would like to purchase a puppy and have it placed with our trainer for three to four weeks of basic puppy training for house breaking, sit/stay/down/come and basic leash manners and social skills. She charges $200 a week and does a phenomenal job!
